IM trying to get in shape for the summer and football season and I broke my pelvis a few months back. I can sprint and do most of my activities normally now but I am very out of shape as I was not doing any physical activity for 2 months. What woulld be a good work out plan to lose some of the weight I gained and get in shape for the summer/football season. I am going to the gym 3 days a week and running 4 km a day on my tredmill 3 of the remaining 4 days(wth day is a rest day). Thanks in advance.
