Getting Nauseous

Every time I workout I seem to get nauseous half way through my work out. Does anyone have any idea why? I usually workout 2-3hrs after a meal. I also used to be a fat ass but I've been working out for a year now and went from 200 to about 170 so my body should be used to the exercise. Any ideas or suggestions??? Thanks

Electrolyte imbalance? Haha, I don't know what I'm talking about. It was just something I got last week. I was feeling quite Nauseous the whole day.

Are you drinking alot of caffeine? Slamming a couple of mountain dews before you work out?
What days are you getting sick? When your doing chest, tri's laying down or standup work out bi's and back? or Both?

I don't drink any coffee or caffine. Mostly water and rarely certain juices. It happens when I do circuit training which is something that I mostly do.

Goto a doctor, it could be something serious, or just prescribe something.

It's probably not that serious. What kind of shape are you in? Try working hard on your cardio, both aerobic and anaerobic, and it will likely pass after a couple of weeks. You could also mix up a mild nutrition shake to drink during workouts which might help. D&S forum is the place to ask about that.

Ive had kinda the same problem, except ive had it for over a month. I get Nauseous after i run, and then the next day i get the mad runs.

Try eating after you workout. I used to eat in the morning and then go running, but I would get cramps in the same spot. Since I've reversed the order, I've had no cramps. Also, I read up on the whole thing and apparently it's healthier if you eat after your workout because your body absorbs protien more efficiently.
