depends on your definition of bad. Apparently you feel great, so it that snese it is not bad. However, from a fitness standpoint it will be detrimental to every aspect of your game. That being said, I love getting shitty, but not too often!

As long as you don't do it too often, it wont' have any major effects on your health in my experience. I always drink a litre of water after getting pissed before I go to bed and never have any problems when I wake up.
That said, I'm not a professional fighter, so maybe someone here who is can give a testimonial.

Ask Bas Rutten, Mirko Cro Cop, Fedor - any of these guys from overseas. They are drunk constantly.

If you are going for max health, longevity, and fitness, then stop the drunkeness. However, if you aren't that extreme then just don't get drunk very often. Its probably OK in moderation.
Personally, I think getting stone cold drunk is pretty dang stupid, but if you like to do it then go for it.

LoL. Doesn't "drunk" defy "moderation" by definition?

Haha, yeah everyone seems to be saying "getting drunk in moderation" as in "not getting drunk very often". I think drinking is probably OK in moderation, but getting drunk is probably ALWAYS a bad idea. At least, that's how I feel. I prefer not to touch alchohol, cigarettes/cigars, or drugs. Bad for my health, the wrong thing to do, and could ruin my goals in life.

It's called "intoxication" or "being intoxicated" because it's TOXIC. 4 oz. of red wine has a million health benefits, but too much is toxic and kills a bunch of cells. It's also loaded in calories AND dehydrates you... which means if you drink a lot, you are killing off healthy cells, gaining fat, and losing water... so... yeah... it's bad... but it's all about your priorities and such.
Oh, yeah... it's expensive too... I have a tight budget and I actually quit going out and drinking with my friends to pay my gym fee, and probably saved money doing it too.
