General conditioning for BJJ

I started BJJ 4 weeks ago. I go once a week. I don't do much exercise out of class. What should I be doing in order to allow myself to get through the warmups without having to step off to the side to catch my breath and drink copious amounts of water?

BJJ itself is a great workout so instead of working out just go more often.

This.

I don't even do much conditioning on my own because rolling+boxing for 3-4 hours is the best in my opinion.

Train 3-4 days a week. Once you build up some stamina, train with a mouth piece in, this makes your breathing more difficult and requires you to breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth like your supposed to.

In addition to this I have a gym regimen, and I run 3-4 days a week.
