Gassing out- lack of heart or out of shape

Whenever I gass out. I am pretty much done. The fight just comes right out of me. Am I breathing wrong, or is it lack of mental toughness? And if it is mental toughness how can I develop it? Anything is appreciated Thanks

what are you eating? Fuel plays a big part in whether or not you gas. It's not all cardio.

Poor conditioning makes cowards of us all.

no doubt conditioning = heart in most cases. If you can't breathe you can't fight.

I'd say its a combination of both. Especially in my job being in the Army you definitely see the difference between the guys that are physically f**ked and just keep going and the ones that quit.
