Hey guys what do you you think about this. I came up with it my self.
warm-up 300 jump ropes then:
50 muay tai knees
3 X 20 pushups on fists
3 X 3 min on Heavy Bag 1min rest on rounds.
then
Circuit of :
Tree pull-ups 2X5 reps arms under
Broad Jumps 2X10
Pull 40lb cement blocks 20ydsX4times
Throw 40lb cement blocks over head 2X10
I"m 40 yrs old 5'9 185lbs I do this two days a week
amd lift heavy two days a week.
