Fun new workout I did today

Whatsup guys, I just got doing a fun conditioning workout. I read about tire dragging and sledge work from Rosstraining.com, and thought I make my own workout based on Ross's ideas. So here is what I did...

5 rounds of:

20 sledgehammer swings (switch leg/hands after 10)
50m tire flip with tire (my guess is the tire weighs about 200lbs)
50m reverse tire drag back to sledge

I really didn't have a way to go over 50 meters because my driveway is only 55m (+/- 1-2 meters), but you could obviously go farther or use a heavier tire, depending if you want to work more power/endurance or more anaerobic conditioning. Anyway, it was alot of fun and just thought I'd pass it on.

u guys must live in the country...or u gotta lotta space around your house....any suggestions for somebody who lives in the "city" and has no space to push a tire around?

Bum flipping... Sprint down your street from bum to bum making sure to completely flip them over before moving on. Depending on your local bum selection, you might alternate with simply rolling them, not unlike a log, atleast 20 feet before sprinting to the next

Another alternative would be dumpster dragging. Rig a harness with a long strap and carbiner that you can clip onto a dumpster... then pull like mad.

Giving the matter further consideration, I also recommend the "Parking Meter Slalom" for a good cardio workout.
