Full Throttle Conditioning?
Hey guys, I've seen reviews on this, and of course Ross's stuff is excellent! I just wanted to know from anyone on here that has FTC, if it is going to help bring my conditioning to the next level? Is there things in it I've probably never heard of?

Thanks for the reply man! The main reason I wanted it was to help with program creation. I have a hard time making quality, sensible conditioning workouts. I never know if what I'm doing is going in the right direction for my specific goals. Which is to be in top fight condition! I've read in some reviews it's more geared towards the combative athlete, and it says it has templates for conditioning workouts and power conditioning stuff.

"I think it is worth the money but it's not groundbreaking"
I think the way Ross introduces the subject of conditioning and how he ends off the book really re-enforces that there is nothing really groundbreaking and new to offer and its just really about consistently busting ass and make sure your training matches your sport etc. So I don't think any book for combat conditioning at this point can be truly groundbreaking.
To the thread starter - buy it, you wont regret it! If you own Infinite Intensity and Never Gymless and visit his website, you may see some stuff you have already seen, but there is still plenty of new information he doesn't go over on his other books regarding tappering, over training, stuff specifically for combat athletes etc and there is heaps of new workouts. Lots of stuff on program design, which seems like what you are interested in!
As for the DVD, its good. But like I said earlier, if you own the previous books and check out his site there may not be a great deal of new stuff to you. But the DVD makes you wanna train and get out there and bust ass. Pretty funny, start of each chapter Ross is talking slower, calm and relaxed, but by the end of the chapter when hes done a handful of exercise demonstrations hes all excited, pumped up and talking fast as.
There was another decent sized thread regarding Full Throttle Conditioning on here, I'll TTT it for you, if I can find it.

I also ordered it. Previous stuff by Ross that I purchased from him is priceless. Right now I use his Never Gymless and it's by far the best book with conditioning advise I came across.

I just ordered it the other day. I have II already, but I reckoned this would be a good one to get as well.
