Frustrating question
Alright i asked people for help with getting ready for a fight i was suppose to have last night. and i appreciate all the input i had it was suppose to be a superheavy weight bout but my opponent came in at 235 and wouldnt let us fight. "bastards" anyways so someone from my fight team fought him instead a ground specialist and got owned standing up. which i knew would happen. but now there gonna give my opponent a title shot next month at that weight and if i want to fight him i have to drop 30 pounds and win to more fights. so i need some kind of regimen in order to do this now this guy is reall strong so strength will be important. im currently at 260 and not hard at all just big dude with heavy hands. also this guy gases in like 1.5 rounds so conditioning factor may be huge. im not good at taken little things from here and there so im kinda looking for someone to hook me up with everything i need to follow step by step ie...exercises,eat,drink,etc,etc appreciate everyones help
