My 150 lb sandbag is now dead. It was double bagged and the draw-string of the inner bag just broke and finally the bottom seam of the outer bag has finally burst.

On the bright side, the 3 mil carpenter clean-up bags are still holding strong so i had zero spillage.

Has anyone found a store or site selling strong CANVAS bags that can be sealed securely? Hopefully w/ no straps but those can be cut off or just not used.

Also, thinking positive, I now get to add 25-50 more lbs lololol for next time.

Are you the same guy that cut himself while using the sandbag and dripped blood on it. Then looked at the bag and momentarily thought "finally, i killed it!"?

i had knocked a scab off my ankle and bled on the bag because i DL it from between my feet to pull it into my lap.

and, well, this time i did kill it.

i got the first bags from an cheapo surplus store. i think i just have to find something better. canvas is canvas. it shouldn't rip. the other two bags were a little worn and some material other than canvas.
