Foot injury cant run
I have a mild foot injury, I can walk on it, but running or putting any kind of significant stress on it is a bad idea. I can stand on it just fine.
I did a bunch of bicycle crunches but they fatigued my abs way more than got me breathing. I'm worried I'm gonna put some pounds on.
Any exercises I can do to get my heart going without really any kind of landing on my feet?
