Flexibility

g'day boys

Just wondering if you knew any decent exercises that would improve flexibility, ive been trying to just do lots of intense stretching to try and improve it but i was wondering if there are any exercises to do that would help even more.

Thanks

JuLz

I have heard that full range of motion lifts are supposed to go a long way to improving flexibility. in general though, i just stretch a lot. after workouts (not before) and when im watching TV or whatever

Yoga is good too, harder than it looks.

Try yoga and overhead squats. If you don't know what an overhead squat is....
