Fight Magazine
I was just wondering if anybody reads fight magazine. Besides the great content, they always have a section on nutrition and working out.
The work out section is called Train Smart, Train Less. It has some very interesting workouts that sounds pretty good. I haven't tried them consistently yet, so I don't know what results to expect. Has anybody ever tried them and what results did you get?
Thanks

I read it. It was like 5 minutes of jump rope. 5 minutes of pulling/pushing a compact car or a sled. 5 minutes of sprint work I believe. I would have to look at it again I am not sure what the sprints routine was.

It usually focuses on a group of muscles or a system every article.
It even focuses on certain goals. The one month, it had workouts to improve knockout power.
What I like is, the magazine explains the science aspect of it and not only tell you what to do without explaining.

Without having seen the thing myself yet, it sounds like an MMA version of Muscle & Fiction...
