Feedback On Circuit Training
Each exercise in the individual circuits are done with no rest. The only rest time I get is moving from station to station. About 1 min-1:30 min. rest inbetween circuits. Any tips or feedback from the more knowledgable lifters out there would be highly appeciated. I'm trying to combine cardio, endurance, power, and strength in this workout. Again any helpfull feedback would be highly appreciated.
