I am interested in how fedor emelianenko trains and in an interview on
www.fedor.bel.ru fedor emelianenko states he doesnt use weights for strength training but instead does a "circular regieme where exercise equipment is laid out on the floor" and he moves from one to another .
Is this some kind of circuit training for anaerobic conditioning, i know fedor uses kettlebells, small dumbells and sledgehammers , i just cant see fedor or aleksander sprinting about doing push ups and sit ups. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
