Training earlier today limited me more than anything really. Shoulders felt it more than anything. Grip wasn't too bad, but having two straps would have helped.
Still, it was good challenge.

I think i can hit alot more, did this from cold with no warmup and the hamstrings and low back are not happy with that. Had to stop twice with cramps. A;so ended 20 seconds sooner
