Also guys, remember that Feb is a short month.
Indeed it will, I did not stress it at all in the beginning then I looked at my watch and it showed it was 1min 40sec left and I picked up the pace alot. Think I can hit 80 or 90.

Since this is so popular, I'm gonna do a mini-update. This is NOT official, so if I miss you or fuck up somewhere with the placing don't worry about it, Standard will get it sooner or later.

I <3 this challenge.

I did it as a finisher to a predominantly pulling workout. I wasn't even going to post my reps this time, it was just going to be a dry run. Didn't even push hard until I hit 50 reps and realized I had time left.

Final: 61 reps @ 175 (slightly rounded up from BW). Started with a belt, but I've never deadlifted with a belt before and decided midway through that I didn't like it, not yet at least. So there was time wasted squirming out of the belt.

80 is the goal next time.

^lol hardly. When I squat with a belt (which I'm also quite unfamiliar with still), I tighten it up to the final notch. I figured you do the same for deadlifting. Turns out, when you're breathing heavy and you have some weird "back pump" going on, it's quite a pain to get the darn thing off.

I did is Sunday, was really hurting Monday, felt ok yesterday till my walk home (about 6" of snow, all up hill). Today I noticed it on the DB swings, but other than that it's ok.

I've said it before, and I'll say it again,

CRYOGEL FTW!!
