my boxing workout.

Here it goes it's for begginers.

monday thru thursday

3/3 rounds on heavy bag I do 1 round also of nothing but jabbing but I dont know if I could really consider it a round since it's just jabbing

3/3 rounds jump rope

6/3 rounds shadow box

3/3 rounds focus mitts.

friday 9/3 rounds of sparring light medium heavy every three rounds.

ok so tell me all what you guy's think and I mean that too. I want explicpt honesty! whatever needs to improve.

diversify your workout, do some roadwork, sprints, weights, etc.

this is just my condtioning part of my cardio for boxing but ok I will add a weight program.
