TUF 1 treadmill

I was watching season 1 of the ultimate fighter the other day and remembered the treadmill workout they had during the trials... it was something like 5 minutes of 5mph, 6 minutes of 6mph, 7minutes of 7mph, 7 min of 8, and 7 min of 9mph ...just wondering if anybody here could finish it/has tried something similar
