Just started taking mma classes, and in our warm-up we do some rolls and such that are meant to get us dizzy and fuck up our balance. Some guys in the class said your head gets used to it pretty quickly, I was just wondering if theres any tips you guys have in regards to this? Has anyone done anything like this? When I did this I managed to get through the whole routine but I nearly threw up

Alot of people in the class couldn't do it either.
