enlarged heart
So i'm only 19 but have been out here in Bangkok for a few years and have barebacked (fucked without condom) many many women some dirty some not. Anyway I just got a full check up at the hospital yesterday which i was sooo fuckin scared to do but it had been a few years since my last blood test/check up so i felt i really needed to go so i did it.
My blood was clean, no hiv or anything
My liver/kidney functioning is good
Then came the chest x-ray. They said my heart was enlarged and that my lungs looked a little off color in the x-ray meaning it was some sort of heart disease. I am meeting with a cardiologist in a few days.
I'm about to turn 20, I do mad amounts of muay thai and ju jitsu monday through friday so i'm not out of shape and I am not fat or anything i'm actually in amazing shape it's just this problem with my heart which is probably effecting my lungs too
Anyone have any knowledge on this poblem and if its treatable or not?

I never understand this...how hard is it to wrap your tool? I mean, take 15 seconds out of your day to prevent possible shit like this, how is that difficult?

Condoms are for pussies, seriously
Nah but i would definitely not do that again I was stupid and immature and even had condoms on me sometimes its just when you're with a sexy sexy bitch (and are drunk) i want 2 shove my meat in them and dont want no rubber wrapped around my dick. Feels so much better 2 without but damn health is not a joke and hiv can be very serious and i'm soo fuckin lucky I didnt get it because i've been with at least 20 girls in thailand without condoms, also the condoms out here break too easy and they dont always have magnum condoms for sale...it is asia after all u know how small these guys are out here? its fuckin sad most condoms dont fit or just break after a few mins on a western dick. So bring your own condoms if you come 2 thailand or else by durex comforts they're the only ones that havent broke on me more than once.
Anyway should be another 2 days till I get my heart checked out by a specialist. Ill let u know how it goes i'm happy i read they can give you pills to treat it and shit if its bad. I'll know more when i talk to the doc

I had an inflamed heart from a serious bout of myocarditis when I was 18, it was treated successfully. Only the cardiologist will be able to tell for sure.

Hi,
I am a Medical student and will give you my 2 cents worth of advice.
The Cardiologist will probabaly do a test on you called an Echocardiogram. This is like an ultrasound of the heart and will provide much better information on the functioning of your heart. Your father had atrial fibrillation but as far as I know that is not hereditary (coronary heart disease however is).
I dont want to scare you but having an enlarged heart does put young people at risk of sudden cardiac death, which is very rare but does happen and is more common in sports people. However do not worry as the schocardiogram will let the cardiologist assess the situation make sure you explain to him exactly what a typical bjj/boxing class is like for you. (blood chokes etc).
I am sure everything will be fine, let us know what the cardiologist says. use a condom, and if you dont have enough incentive look up on google images some of the opportunistic infections (including kaposis sarcoma) that you can get. chances are you will never think twice again.
let us know what tests the doctor does and what he says.

good luck, keep us posted.
i should get checked out as well. i am slightly concerned.
my hearbeat seems a little weird sometimes. after every 4th or so beat it hesitates for a split second longer.
lub dub, lub dub, lub dub, lub............dub, lub dyb, lub dub, lub........dub.
i was checked out like 5 years ago, and i think i was like this for my whole life and a doc has never said anything bad about it. but hopefully its nothing major. i workout hard and it has no negative effects, so i dont know.
