Endurance ?

I am on the eliptical now I can go for an hour everyday after a month ( I am 7 weeks in now ). I feel better and all , but I roled and felt gassed afer a minute or so . I dropped 30 lbs already . I can do anything else with out getting tired just not rolling. What can I do other than sparring more to get more endurance. I Shadow Box and do my old wrestling Drills , but I still feel tired after rolling. What do you think causes it . Its just me and a good friend so its not pressure. We even practice tech and I get a little winded . I am 50- 60 lbs heavier and I tend to be stronger

Keep drilling in practice. The best way to get in shape for fighting is by fighting. But back off on the hr of eliptical. Drop it to 30-45 min. Work in some HIIT a few times a week also.

How many times a week are you doing cardio?

I second this, use the HIIT method and roll more often.
