Firstly, I was being nice, not aggressive. There's a
tremendously big difference between the two, like the difference between you and an inanimate rock.
Just to clarify for you, here's what the terms mean:
Conditioning: Running and fitness
Strength and power: Strength and power
There is an enormous difference between them. Notice how runners tend to be skinny and weak? How strength and power people tend to be strong and powerful but
usually aren't too good at running? A long time reader would have no problem discerning the difference. But that's ok. I don't mind. I can field lazy questions from lazy people all day. It's part of my aggressive, big-man internet persona.
"I want to increase my upper body
STRENGTH"
Secondly, to reiterate for you: STRENGTH AND POWER, love. It's not my fault that people like me have to point this out to people like you who REFUSE TO APPLY THE MINIMAL AMOUNT OF EFFORT REQUIRED AND THEN EXPECT A READY MADE WORKOUT TO POP INTO THEIR LAP.
Thirdly...have you read the stickies?
Nae aggro, dude.
