Oh I know.. I've been looking at some good sites, specifically beginnertriathlete, trifuel, bikeforums, slowtwitch, & of course the dualthon and triathlon main websites.
Elevate- I've heard the bike/run transition is "different" for first time triathletes so that will be something I'll focus on... I've heard bricks were a great way to train.. run/bike bike/run kinda stuff
The one I'm competing in is a sprint ..
Anyone else?
