try this

Go to the store and buy 2 or 3 bags of epsom salt, along with 5 bottles of wintergreen rubbing alchohol.

Sit in a bath with the water as hot as you can stand it. pour the epsom salt in and then rub the alchohol on your bodywhile your in the bath or at least everything that isn't under water).

Stay in the tub for a bout 30 to 45 minutes, then go to bed, don't eat or drink after that just go to sleep, then weigh in the morning and see where you are.

If your still over then it's time for light exercise in plastics.

Let me know how it works out

Do the weigh-ins at most small shows allow the 1 lb over, like we saw in TUF??

Does anyone know how accurate this is?

Go to Bodybuilding. com and Fred George, who teaches at AMC Pankration said this is what his guys do to cut weight, he goes into detail as to how it works.

Not to be aggravated, but I've asked this question 3 times in the past couple months, and have always been ignored. It's a pretty big deal to me.

Depends on the event, alot do have the 1 pound limits, but i have even heard of some higher end wrestling events for example having 2 kg (4.4lbs) limits which i found very surprising.

Thanks. My everyday weight is 1 lb over the limit. So it makes a difference to me.
