Dropping from 200 to 175

losing weight not cutting. I watch what I eat, but I get stoned, and get the munchies. Even though when i do snack, I snack on Apples, pickles,fruit etc. I don't lose weight, but I don't gain it either.

Is there anyone with some tips? And don't say quit smoking weed, cause you will be ignored.

have some kind of healthy snack at hand when you get the munchies... like steamed vegetables or something... baby carrots...

Make some small acceptable cahnges to your diet. They will be easier to maintain for the long duration you will need. I don't know what your diet looks like so here are some common changes...

Replace soft drinks/day with water or unsweetened tea
Have 1 scope of ice cream instead of 2-3
Snack on fruit in place of chips or cookies
Cut back on the beer

How's your cardio and your % body fat? That second one is important to see how much less then useful weight you have to loose.
