Dropping from 200 to 175
losing weight not cutting. I watch what I eat, but I get stoned, and get the munchies. Even though when i do snack, I snack on Apples, pickles,fruit etc. I don't lose weight, but I don't gain it either.
Is there anyone with some tips? And don't say quit smoking weed, cause you will be ignored.
