Mike Mahler's High Octane Cardio

I was just on his website and saw his program for HOC.

1 min of Jump Rope or 1 min on the Heavy Bag or 400 meter run
10 DumbbellSnatches
1 min of Jump Rope or 1min on the Heavy Bag or 400 meter run
10 Dumbbell Clean and Presses
1min of Jump Rope or 1 min on the Heavy Bag or 400 meter run
10 Dumbbell Swings
Repeat as many times as possible

Has anybody tried this routine before?

Did you see good results from it?

I am going to try it tommorrow and see how many rounds I can do.

Haven't done this specific routine, but have done something similar to it. Pretty good workout tho, for sure.
