Do I have enough rest in this routine?

Monday: Weights
Tuesday: Muay Thai
Wednesday: Weights
Thursday: Muay Thai
Friday: Weights
Saturday: Muay Thai
Sunday: Rest

So I really only have one rest day, Sunday, during the week. But Muay Thai and weights are different, since MT is a lot of cardio. I figure the alternating days would be enough to spread out the different types of strain that I put on my muscles from lifting vs Muay Thai.

Do you think I have enough rest in my routine?

Everyone is different. See how your body responds first.

My weights routine is mostly upper body strength training. I do high weights and low reps, maybe about 3 sets of 5-7 reps. A lot of core training too.

I'm trying to build muscle right now, I'm 5'10" and weigh 152.

Only upper body? What do you mean by that? Why wouldn't you train full body and lower body?

Work your legs. I know with muay thai it seems like your legs get enough work (atleast that is how I feel most days) but it will greatly improve you muscle endurance with some conditioning/strength training if you incorporate leg movements.

Yeah, i was under the impression that I get more leg workouts from MT than anything else, and less upper body training. So I focus mainly on upper body strength training during non-MT days. Although I do see the benefit in doing a full body routine on weight training days.
