different kinds of gpp

hey since there isent anything good up i wanna post a bunch of gpp n have people give there opinions and pst any kinds of gpp left out that they think are good k so to start it off

pushing a car
tire hitting
tire flipping
climbing a rope
sled drag



thats about all i can think of right now

post as much different ones as you would like.

Moving this to the conditioning forum.

Define GPP and you may find that FAR more than you think falls under that category. Sprints, jogging, swimming bodyweight exercises, complexes, circuits and medleys, climbing, and anything else you can do that would increase work capacity in a roundabout way for your training can be considered GPP.
