Well, guess this means I have to give it a go on my challenge day. Sunday is D-Day. I'll drag along my training partner, maybe that'll make it easier to push my time down.

edit: It's gonna be fucking cold Sunday. Wooo hooooooooo!

There's only one in my area, and I'm not a member there (although, because of an unrelated martial arts thing, I might be soon). I thought indoor tracks were something of a rarity, are they more common than I've come to believe?

December Challenge : Interval Training

Right, fucked it up cause im not so good at that reading stuff and did

200m sprint
12 burpees (with pushups, bitches)
24 pushups
36 squats.

4 times.

Total Time: 12:35.

I thought this looked piss-easy, so i did the first 2 circuits without a rest in between. It actually went a lot better than it felt like it would when i started the 2nd circuit, meaning I didnt die before the end. Rested for 30 - 1 min between the last 2 though. Can't wait for next week.

I can name 5-6 in my city, and just outside my city.

Well, he knew you needed 3 weeks rest to to let the inflammation in your iliotibial band heal, so you could do December's conditioning challenge. Sounds like a smart doc to me.
