Well, very easily. The Burpee exercise does not include a push-up, that is something people do as a variant to increase difficulty.

This should be interesting trying to find a pre-set 200m area.

Man, this is a mangled version of Ross'. Wasn't it originally 12 burpees, 24 pushups, 36 squats, 400m run? Not that I'm really heartbroken about the modifications...

It is safe to say that a BW squat is just squatting. Or do I need to have 2 BBs with my BW at either end of the track..... I'm going to say it's my first guess since I don't think I could squat my BW 24 times.

Anyone done this yet?

BW squat = squatting JUST YOUR BODYWEIGHT
