lol... I get your point, but no. You lose any ounce of respect you may of had from that person when you back down. I tend to stand my ground reguardless of outcome or predicted outcome.

What is considered to be heavy lifting to you? 5x5 max weight with perfect form?

Losing/Gaining weight is more effected by diet than cardio. Eat properly and do weights properly and cardio can easily be incorporated while bulking. Eat better and do weights + cardio works well cutting.
