theres a place in santa cruz. i know a few people/fighters that train there that say it is fucking brutal. i will ask around about other places. where exactly are you located?

Lol ya it's so brutal, the founder won't and can't do it. Or the two well known crossfit guys on UFC their one mark always against them? Not enough cardio. Other places work just as well.
