Critique my fighting nutrition and workout program.

That is me right now, taken one week ago. I am 5'08 and weigh 209 pounds. I'm in the Army so I run a lot, 4-5 miles 5-days a week and do a lot of calistenic workouts that smoke the crap out of my muscles. Aside from that I hit the gym 3 times a week for a total body weight workout, scheduling permits.

Diet though is different... rice, kimchi, fruit, veggies, fish and nuts is my entire diet.

Any suggestions?

You need to develop the peak on your biceps, especially on the 2nd head.

I'm not worried about how I look I am looking for functional strength. MMA is not bodybuilding.

How long have you been running for?? Looks like you have a lot of weight to lose.. Unless you want to be fighting guys way the fuck taller than you..

I've been running for a solid three years now it's just against my genetics to be slim and trim. My goal is to drop from my current 18 percent body fat down to around 10 and mantain 210 pounds so I can fight at 205.

I'm not looking for six pac abs or anything like that. My goal is to be around the same body composition as Igor was at 205.

No, but they teach a 405 pound bench press.

Why is everybody giving him shit? I don't get it. the guy is big, he says he runs a lot, cardio must be good, he wants to improve, so why is everybody so angry at him because he has big arms or decent delts? geeez.

Not everybody can be super slim and look like never trained in his life. Give him a break.

Dude, if you wanna fight you have to train fights. you mention you are in the army, do you guys do boxing there I assume? You could add some glutamine to your diet so that you can drop some weight without losing much muscle weight.

good luck.
