Cramping pain at top of foot. Fixes?

After about 3 days of training: weightlifting (seperate muscle parts per day), running every day (2.0 miles running with alternate 30 sec sprints), and 1 day of muay thai and jiu jitsu . . . . . i have a painful cramping sensation on top of my left foot. It's really bothering me because i favor my right foot for roundhouse kicks and i can't pivot on the left ball of my foot to swing my hips around because of this "injury".

Does anyone have any this? How long does it take to go away? Should i go see a doctor? I've only had this for 2 days but i'm getting worried this might become a frequent problem unless i address it soon.

Thanks!
-C.T.

Is the top of your foot brusied? could have caught a shin bone or something with the meat of your foot. I caught a knee on the muscle at the top of the shin and it slightly damaged a nerve that affected the top of my foot near the ankle joint as well, that was more like a numb pain though.

Nah, i think it has something to do with the inner workings of the foot. I'm prolly going to go see a doctor tomorrow to figure out how serious this is. I might just have to quit working out/training for a week or two. Man, i'm gonna hate that!

Probably a safe bet, that area is pretty easy to damage if you even think about MT.
