Being in the gym for 16 hours doesn't necessarily mean he's training all that time.

Yeah, but it was actually Goldie who did say that Hill was spending those 16 hours training, not just hanging around the gym. I really don't believe it at all. Sleep 7 hours, a half hour for getting to the gym and getting home, then training for 16 hours? It's impossible. I think anything more than 6 hours a day has got to become counterproductive unless you're one of the Diaz bros. and can do ironmans without being phased.

That's prob. exactly it. There's no way he's training for 16 hrs a day. He prob just hangs out at his camp all day.

Ever hear of exaggeration? When someone says, "He's stronger than an Ox", do you go find an Ox to compare? When someone says, "He hits like a truck", do you start a thread like this to see if it's a true statement? Did you hear Rogan's goat's vagina comment? Did you go check that out afterwards?
Don't take everything so literally.

Yeh but those are analogies/idioms this is someone actually saying that he trains for 16 hours a day.
Its bullshit, no one does or needs to train 16 hours a day.

I know Goldberg says some stupid things, but I HIGHLY doubt he really thinks Corey Hill trains for 16 hours a day. It's the same as saying "That guy lives in the gym". It's an exaggeration.
