Weight Loss During Sleep

Can someone explain how you lose weight when you sleep. Last night two hours before I went to bed I weighed myself and I weighed 227.5, this morning I weighed again and I was 219.

I lose a kilo or 2 when sleeping. I always thought it was a mixture of no food/water for hours and a high ****bolism

Everybody loses sleep over night. That why the only time you should ever weigh yourself is first thing in the morning to get an accurate weight
