So, your pretty fit already? Then depends on where your lacking, the two big ones for me are, muscular endurance and cardiovascular endurance! Doing 200 Pushups is going to feel different than running 2 Miles for time! I like to jog 3-7 times a week, and do some interval running 2-3 days a week! Something like

2x600 Meters

4x400 Meters

6x100 Meters

If you don't know how far these are, like myself, I like to run for time! Of course there not exact but it'll give you the same thing! For instance for me,

600 Meters=2 Minutes

400 Meters=1 Minute

100 Meter=30 Seconds

You can add in exercises in between rests to really kill, or try hill sprints! GL Man!

You could both lift heavy and a do a fair amount of conditioning, fyi. Unless you're concerned with time constraints or something else.

NP man! Absolutely, that makes it into an EIT(Enhanced Interval Training), You can break into any exercise you want! I love EIT's!
