So I'd need a hill, a bike, a dumbell, a med ball and an ab roller?

Ya, I made one as well. need to make a new one.

That's a fair bit of gear to take with you to a hill, though I've done similar workouts with my heavy bag (different shouldering) and med ball. Good workouts. The last 5 min round is usually pretty tough.

If you do a lot of this type of thing, you may want to start a log in the S&P sub forum. Lots of good ideas in there.
