Conditioning on the Road

Hi Guys,

I'm heading out of the country for several weeks and was wondering if anyone could recommend a simple routine (no equipment unless it's amazingly portable) that I could use to increase my conditioning while I'm away. I won't really have access to a gym an was hoping for a very good calisthenics/cardio routine. I already plan to shadow box, but need a good way to maintain or build strength on the road.

Burpees, tabata squats/push-ups, handstand push-ups, Rope Jumping, pistols.

Can you still run? Sprints sprints sprints!!!!

I can run for the most part. I was mostly looking for recommendations on stuff I can do in the hotel room. Sprints sounds like a good idea. Thanks for the info.

circuits, sprints, fartlek would be your best bets id imagine. If your in the country the running will be much more interesting as well
