Firstly, Aerobic = "With oxygen" and Anaerobic = "Without oxygen". That is a basic example, but it is tru 95% of the time. Examples of aerobic exercise is Long, steady distance running (4 miles at 10 minute pace) or basically any exercise that is over 120 seconds. Anaerobic is htings like sprints, burpees, hitting the heavy bag, etc.
Secondly, if it takes 10-15 minutes to feel your runs then you are running way too slow. Some some 200m sprints all out, some 400m sprints all out, tabata burpees, and guerilla cardio. Report back, if you don't die in the process.
Third, read the FAQ.
Fourth, tabataha is not an exercise, I think it is more likely some Cinco De Mayo dance or something. Tabata is the correct word.
Fifth, read the FAQ.
Sixth, writing "ttt" after you already have an excellent answer from Standard shows your newbishness and a lack of respect for a conditioning expert, Standard. This ain't the Heavyweight forum. Better recognize, newb.
Seven, don't do drugs, they are bad. Don't hit women, that is bad. Don't get drunk, that is not responsible. Smoking is bad for your lungs. Brandon MacRea has a hot Sister. Sonny is cool, but will pwn you in the conditioning challenge.
Eight, read the FAQ.
Now, quit asking stupid questions before doing research or reading thr FAQ.
