Since I helped with the ideas for the challenge you're right that it's only proper to submit my results.

I just did a little damage to my shoulders on Thursday but I'll get this done. Probably the first week of April.

I see you dropped the chins from 100 down to 20 and allow running on the treadmill at 1% incline now. That makes it far more approachable.

Brandon, that's a damn fast time. What was your run time on that?

Run time was 12:33. Brutal challenge, thought it was tougher than the 100 burpees actually

Crap, my time was 26:58 and I thought I was in pretty good shape cardio wise. Push ups were 2:17, sit ups took 6:56, I forget my times on the last 2 though. I did 8 straight pull ups then sets of 4/3/2/2/1 then 16 laps on the 200m track.

Oh yeah, I weighed 144.6 this morning.

I expect my infinite intensity book to be here this week so hopefully when I try this again in a month or 2 I can at least qualify.
