No, you just suck at chins, and that's easy to fix.

This is not an official time as i did not complete bw chinups.all reps anyway.
1:19:03....thats right. over an hour. I havent done any kind of conditioning for years. this killed me.
Since i couldnt do normal chinups i used a weight assisted machine with 90lbs help. i could only do one at a time. these were the hardest of anything. i only got up to 12 and then this old couple snaked me and stayed on there for over 8 mins. i started to bitch and they got all crappy and the trainers took their side saying they have a 20 min usage if they want. screw this. time is ticking. so i just skipped the rest and went on to the run. again, i suck at life.

Well Kudos to you for posting, and even attempting the challenge. That's more than the rest of the guys here. Including me!!
Look at it this way though--->you know where your weaknesses are, and improvement will come fast with consistant work.
Ok, fuck. I have to get around to doing this, my own procrastination is making me laugh...

Well props for trying at least man. It would be great to see a few more people do this.
*pencils in 5 sets of CHINS everyday for zerocrew*
Mike are you going to be taping this? i'm thinking headcam, or well a tripod at the end of the track, it would probably be a pretty dull video with the running, you could fast forward it like fatty did with the 405 challange. It would probably be church worthy, as i nearly puked 4 times to get in undertime

The chins and situps I can easily do in my garage or the dojo, but the runs throws a loop into it; I'm used to just running the random trails around my area. I'll have to scope of the new university facilities near me and see how that would work.
My Sony digital cam takes short video clips, but between St. Wilhem's and this challenge, I'm seriously thinking about dropping some cash on an actual digital video recorder.

Okay, results...
16:49
100 push-ups done in two sets (80/20)
100 sit-ups in one set but I think killed my time (could've been moving faster here)
20 pullups in 3 sets (11/6/3) with 10ish seconds between each grouping
2 miles in 12:33 on the track
Next time I do it I'll pick up the pace on the sit-ups and I think I could get into the 90% zone
