The chinups took me 2:18, but the last 8 were one at a time and I was getting too much lift from jumping and I still barely got above the bar.

And then I ran with my upper body buldging and full of lactic acid. 13:43. I ran on a treadmill at a 0% grade. The standard to make it comparable to outside is 1%, but this is Standard's challenge so what he says goes.

Total time 24:07.

I have a lot of work to do, but I can't be the only one who tried this.
Good stuff man i'll toss you up and just put an * beside it cause it wasn't too the T of the rules but thats cool, i'll be doing it this week as i have no weights to train with so its conditioning time. I'll change the grade to 1% i've heard both as true so whatever works for the most people.

I'll give it a go, as well once my diet is over early June. Maybe I'll be the first to fail it and post about it.

I weigh 160.

If you made it through using correct form and did the treadmill on 1% you probably did better than I did.

What was your 2 mile time?

I think it would be better if we cut everything in half.

yeah some of the form got a little sloppy near then end, the pushups and situps killed me. I wouldn't say perfect but it was good enough for me to count it.

Now if we cut it in half it really wouldn't be an ultimate challenge now would it?

I see no mention of an Ultimate Challenge. On Monday I am going to see if I can do half of this in 10 minutes.

Search for Ultimate Physical Fitness Test

where the idea came from. I would like to see alot of the guys who suggested this stuff man up and do the challenge already, not everyone lives in the north and has snow.

10 mins would be a good time, it would be alot easier for me i was getting about half the BW parts in about 1 min without rest, that leaves a 7 min mile.

That was the same when I did it. At the very least, I could get half way without stopping. After I stopped an exercise, it was hard to do more than a handful without resting again.

I can do ten chins without stopping, but I need to build up to doing ten after the other exercises.
