I tried this today for the first time and finished it in a blazing 44:00. The times were: push-ups in 9:30, sit-ups in 9:20, chins in 6:10 and the run took 19:00. I probably could have done the run a minute or two faster but I don't run on the treadmill much so I wasn't sure what a good pace would be. Regardless, there's lots of room for improvement. To summarize...
