Well I can't run but I decided to give the pushups a try just to see how fast I could do them. Unfortunately after not doing pushups for the last 6 months I fatigued after about 55 (completed those in 35ish seconds) and at 1:51 I had done 92 and couldn't go any further without cheating :/. I'm sure another minute I could have completed the last ones but a 3 minute time wasn't worth the effort on the last ones.
Time to go try the situps! (also slacked on the last 6 months)
Edit; 2:40 on the situps. I got to 60 no problem then I fatigued
I think at about 1:15 I had 65 done.
I might have to start back with some daily situps/pushups and chins just to see how fast I can do the first part.
