Good improvement zop, just keep practicing some of the parts of the challenge and your time will drop. Most lifts and exercises have a really big learning curve if you haven't done them much before.

Yeah I made a big improvement on the pushups I was able to do them by 25 + 10 + 10... I continued doing sets of 10s till 100. Last time I had to do singles and doubles after like 40. My 2 mile run is still the worst part, takes me like 30 min to do.

edit :: 25 rep roullette with 95 lbs = 26:24

Ok I tried this for the first time this morning. I have never even tried to do 100pushups before, never been good at them although I bench press 270+ at 198lbs bw. It took me 8 minutes to do the pushups, about the same for the situps, and was finally ready to run at around 21 minutes. I can usually chin 10-12 reps but could only get 5 the first set today. My total time was 42:07. I can't imagine being able to do this in under 20 minutes. But I'm not going to stop until I break 30 min. I'm 33, 5'10" 198lbs, anywhere from 16-20% bodyfat. You will be seing more of me in the conditioning forum.

55:10

195 lbs

I'm surprised I got it in 3 minutes faster than my last time, after the pushups my arms were completely shot. I was having trouble keeping my hands laced behind my head during the situps cuz my arms were so tired. Chin's took a bit longer too, but surprisingly I did a little better on the 2 mile run getting it at around 26 min instead of 30.

i think apple has those things out for your ipod now where u put a sensor in your shoe and a transmitter on the bottom of your ipod and it tells you exactly how far youve run. from what i hear they are rediculously accurate. i dunno google it, but i saw it somewhere for i think like 30 bucks
