I know I will blast through every thing except the chins. I can do maybe 1-2 at a time without taking a break.

Sweet though. I will endeavour to improve.

a chin-up or some would call it a pullup with your palms facing you and your hands closer together...

I can do the chins, push-ups and sit-ups at my house, but then I would have no idea when I reached 2 miles when I started to run. If I go to the track, I don't think there is anyway I can do chins there. Hmmmm. I have to think Of something.

I'm working a lot at maximal strength training right now in preparation for an upcoming tournament. I'll give this test a shot after my tourney.

So do we have to do the 100 push ups in one set or can we break it up (2x50, etc.)

It's timed so do 10 at a time or 20 or 50 or whatever you can manage. As long as you do the exercises in correct order thats fine.
