I'm gonna try this but the 2 mile run is gonna take some conditioning first.

Standard and Revok are the big guys on the standings list so their time is my goal.

More than some, more like A LOT of conditioning...

...start by running 3+ or even 4 to 5 miles a couple of times a week...seems to be helping my times...and also practice doing rapid fire push-ups EVERY DAY...

The push ups, situps and chins are no problemo. The run is an issue because if I jump in too hard I get problems from all the scar tissue in my hamstrings. Also I'm doing 20 rep squats on top of that. I'm going to be realistic and just aim to run the 2 miles in 16min. I'm not going to kill myself on this; just let it help steer my workouts a bit for a while.

I ran 2 miles in 17 min somthing yesterday which is good because I'm not far off my goal. The bad thing is I think my left hip is gonna fall off. I'm just too heavy for any distance running longer than a sprint.

Maybe I can work up to something remotely decent just running one day a week
