Wierd thing about Sam and Kofi is they have that feel to them like they're always sharing an inside joke. Kofi seems like that though even when he's by himself, you get the feeling he's always giggling inside at your ridiculousness.

And Standard, I'm ready. I actually LOVE Strength training despite not lifting weights currently. When I'm done with all the fight training I plan to do, I want to Powerlift because it's a Sport that old men can do well.

Oh and Sonny, this test Standard posted is about half what I do every morning just about.

Kofi seems that way because of that smirk he always has going.

That and his mannerisms. Sometimes when you tell him something all he does is look at the ground and grin. As if to say "pfff"...

Icon14 I love a challenge

I am new to this site ,and I always try to find inovative ways to fight,my team(team psychward)is known for it extreme conditioning, but this sounds like a great challenge ,I will be trying this one and since i run a seven and a half minute mile(slow I know) ill shoot for 19 minutes, and then keep it up until I can get under fifteen,i needed something like this to push me, so lets see what happens! update later!

i can fly through the exercises but the 2 miles will slow me down dramatically.
most likely that i can knock the push ups, sit ups and pull ups in 4 minutes or so. maybe even less. but i doubt i can run 2 miles under 13 minutes...

the best overall fitness test is "cindy" from crossfit, which is as many rounds as you can get in 20 minutes of 5 pull ups, 10 push ups and 15 squats. once you finish the set of these exercises you have complited one round. anyone who can get 25 rounds is a true stud over all.

Nice work, Standard! Time to start warming up the running shoes.

For the Canucks: 2 miles = 3.2 Km

Feet braced as in, say, held under a non-movable object?

Yeah or even someone just holding your feet, i will probably use a 50lb DB and a length of rope or something. I'm also going to post an easy was to use football uprights for CHINS.
